Gaz and Marty's German Zwiebelkucken recipe

Today we show you how to make a favourite meal for people who wear the leather shorts and dance the chicken dance. Zwiebelkuchen is a great party food, if you have any friends. Or if you're like us, just eat it all yourself, sobbing slightly in the dark, and then drink some Schnapps which doesn’t really help but there you go.

NOTE: This episode is not for children. Do not leave your children unattended in the kitchen with big sharp knives and dangerous machines.

Ingredients:

2 large onions
400g bacon
4 eggs
250g sour cream
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 TBSP extra flour for mix
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
110g butter
4 TBSP ice water
1 tsp caraway seeds
