A word from Gaz: Ha ha ha! No. That was a long time ago and the police dropped all charges. No, today my favourite things are strawberries and icecream. This recipe will really put a fire under your tastebuds. Simple, quick and extremely tasty spooned over ice cream.

Ingredients:

400g of fresh, ripe strawberries.
50g butter.
Half a cup of sugar.
2 Tbsp. of orange juice.
Half a cup of brandy (more if you want to drink a lot as you cook).
