Gaz and Marty's German Pan-Fried Dumplings recipe

Learn how to make pan-fried dumplings with pork, chive and mushroom filling.
Today we've gone the whole hog (well, actually it's only 150 grams of minced pork) but you know what we mean. This is not a traditional dumpling recipe, but our own variation on a Chinese cooking classic. It's delicious and a lot of fun to make. A great family cook-off idea.

How to make Gaz & Marty's 

Pan-Fried Dumplings recipe

Ingredients:

For the DUMPLING WRAPPERS
1 cup white plain flour
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP salt
One third of a cup of very hot water.
Additional flour for rolling

For the DUMPLING FILLING
150 grams of minced pork
3/4 cup finely chopped chives
1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of chicken stock
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp fish sauce
1 egg
2 tsp of corn flour
