Here's our Crispy Cheese Crackers Recipe
A word from Marty about our tasty cheese crackers recipe.
I remember the first time I baked these tasty treats I was honeymooning in a beautiful little villa in Tuscany. The sun was coursing across the oil stained bed and I said to Melanie ‘crackers!’
So, after some rolling and kneading I leapt out of bed and ran to the kitchen. I hope you enjoy them as much as we did, and have better luck than us with your marriage.
How to make Gaz & Marty's
OVEN BAKED CRISPY CHEESE CRACKERS.
Ingredients:
1 cup of wholemeal plain flour.
Half a cup of white plain flour.
1 tsp salt (more to taste).
2 Tbsp. of olive oil.
Half a cup of warm water.
1 and half cups of finely grated hard cheese
(recommended - parmesan, pecorino or romano)
For this cheese cracker recipe you'll also need:
Baking paper.
A bowl.
A fork (or 1.5 fahrenheit forks).
Fingers.
An oven.
Some drinking alcohol.
Some rubbing alcohol.
Some hope for a better tomorrow.
